It's a "relaxacon" this year, but there's supposed to be programming and guests and such. As of this evening, there's no schedule on the website. Snuck up on me, too. Anyone going? This is practically in my backyard, so--though I haven't asked to be a panelist or anything this year on account of my PCS and how long it took for me to recover from WisCon--I'd like to stop by, though I'm not sure when would be a good time. I'm still so new to the whole con-going world... UPDATE: I've got the car this afternoon, so I'll be heading over for a few hours, maybe noon to four, we'll see how the old noggin's feeling. Alex Wilson writes fiction and comics in Carrboro, NC. His work has appeared/will appear in Asimov's Science Fiction, The Rambler, LCRW, Weird Tales, The Florida Review, Futurismic, ChiZine, Pif, and Dragon. Locus Magazine has called him a "promising new writer," and Publishers Weekly also has nice things to say. Alex runs the audiobook project/podcast Telltale Weekly and the writer wiki Guidevines. He publishes the minicomic/zine Inconsequential Art. He is a 2006 Clarion graduate.
