"The story is a lot of fun, and I'm teetering toward buying it, but..." followed by suggestions and comments. She can't promise anything if I rewrite it, but I'm just happy to have the feedback, not to mention the opportunity. Or maybe I'm just overoptimistic because I've only had one other rewrite request that I can think of, and that led to my Dragon Magazine nonfiction sale. That, and after the lightness of my SASE, I was all ready for a form reject. Woohoo! Filed under Happy Fun Log, Journal
