This award-winning quarterly print fiction market for SF out of Massachusetts, started circa 1996, focuses on stories about outsiders. Prefers Horror and SF, but will take any genre as long as the story fits the theme of "otherness".

Pays 1/4 cent per word plus one copy ($2 plus one copy for poems) for first North American serial rights.

Takes stories of between two and five-thousand words.

Does not accept e-subs.
