The Fortean Bureau was a market for SF and a market for poetry.

It was an online publication featuring "weird" stories, including science fiction and fantasy. It payed 3 cents per word ($60 max) up to 8,000 words (but preferred max of 4,000 words).

It ceased publishing in April 2006.
